You will be responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The executive is expected to work on new business proposals and presentations which are a persuasive representation of an organizations products/ services.
Generating sales leads through direct marketing, cold callings, emails and prospecting for new business
Market visits on daily basis to potential clients
Schedule meetings with potential clients to target sales
Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences
Negotiate and close deals for the company
Coordinate with team members for better result
Relevant networking to grow clientage
Make appropriate use of available leads to increase sales
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/ services
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Report to the Line Manager on (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/ services and new pricing/ payment plans

Person Specification
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, face to face and written correspondence
Someone with a strong background in sales
Generate, identify and qualify new business prospects
An extremely positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Hands on experience with web application/ software use
Excellent written and communication skills are essential
Must have excellent command of English
A friendly and outgoing individual who genuinely enjoys dealing with people
The person must come across as an articulate, creditable and presentable
Managing and monitoring social media channels in a professional manner
Contributing to building the client’s brand social presence
Executing paid social media campaigns including Facebook, twitter, snapchat, Instagram etc
Creating interesting and engaging content for social media to generate sales
Handling multiple task simultaneously in a high pressure environment
Other duties may be assigned by the management
